These three rooms are the ones that are used and seen by others most often. You can wait to decorate your bedroom until last since no one sees that room but you. All you need in your bedroom is a bed the rest can wait until later. If you don’t have a dresser for your clothes then you can just hang them in your closet.
When shopping for the kitchen start with the things that you know you will need right away. If you both drink coffee every morning then you don’t want to be without a coffee maker. Since there will only be two people drinking the coffee in the mornings you could buy the 4 cup coffee maker. You will not need the coffee maker that makes up to 12 cups because this will be too much for two people.
You also want to make sure you buy dishes and eating utensils as well as a few pots and pans to cook in. A roasting pan is a good idea because you can use that to make many different items. You should also consider buying a can opener because without one you may be stuck with food but no way to open it. You can buy either a hand held can opener or an electric one.
You should try to buy the best items you can at affordable prices. A cuisinart hand mixer is a great appliance and they are very affordable. They work just as good if not better than the more expensive hand mixers. You may think you do not need a mixer but you will be surprised at how often you actually use it.
When you start shopping for your living room you will probably want to start with the furniture. Your house will not be a home until you actually have furniture to sit on. The next item you will want to buy for your home is a television set. Most people would not want to live without their television for very long.
